🔁 Return & Exchange Policy (Online Orders)

🔸 You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

🔸 To submit a return or exchange request, please visit the designated link and complete the required information: returns.e-stebdal.com

🔸 For exchanges, please place a new order with the replacement products you'd like.

🔸 Please attach clear photos of: shipping packaging, shipping waybill, and the items you want to exchange or return.

🔸 You can choose your product handover method: via courier, or at one of the designated branches for online order pickups.

✅ If picked up by courier, shipping fees will be deducted.

✅ If delivered to a designated branch, the new order is received with no shipping fees.

⚙️ If any issue occurs after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist you and take the necessary steps.

♻️ For refunds: if the original payment was cash, the refund will be transferred via Vodafone Cash within 10 days of delivering the return to a branch or courier.
