Our return and exchange policy allows you to request a change within 14 days of delivery for standard items, or up to 30 days if the item has a manufacturing defect. For all requests, the product must be in its original condition with all its inclusions, and you must present the original invoice. To initiate an exchange, simply place a new order on our website and type "exchange order" in the notes section so our team can contact you to confirm.

When completing your exchange, you can choose between two convenient delivery methods:

• Paid Courier Service: A courier representative will be sent directly to your doorstep to collect the item you are returning and hand over your new order for an additional shipping fee.
• Free Branch Drop-off: You can completely skip the shipping charges by dropping off your item at any of our 23 local branches nationwide (including locations across Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, and Upper Egypt), after which your new exchange order will be sent out.
