Exchange Policy

A new order is made from the site, the appropriate model is chosen, and you write in the note (exchange order), and you will be contacted through the exchange department to confirm the order.

Two methods of delivery are available:

First, shipping charges

A representative will be sent to receive the replacement request and deliver the other request.

Second, without shipping charges

The application will be delivered to one of the following branches, after which the other replacement request will be sent.
