  • Exchange or Return of any product must be done with 14 days
  • All Exchanges and Returns must be made by order number or receipt number

Exchange policy:

In case of requesting an exchange:

Shipping and handling fee will be charged on the client.

Return steps:

In case of any Returns the following steps will be followed:

  • First the product will be checked by our product quality team within 3 to 5 days from the day we received it
  • After being checked one of the following action will be taken:
  • If the product doesn’t have any material or manufactured defects and the mentioned problem was due to misuse, the product will be returned to the client.
  • If the product is proven defected due to material or manufacture, the full product value will be returned to our client though Bank Swift or Vodafone cash.


Return Policy:
